Terms and conditions
1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to all contracts between EAS International (Urs Zimmermann, Klybeckstr. 141, 4057 Basel, Schweiz) and the customer via https://eori-sweden.eu.
2. Service
We provide an administrative service: checking the data provided by the customer, preparing the application to Swedish Customs (Tullverket) and submitting it as the customer’s representative. The service is offered to applicants established outside the EU whose first customs activity in the EU takes place in Sweden. The EORI number is issued solely by Customs; we have no influence on the issuing, processing time or activation. Applications can also be submitted directly to Customs free of charge.
3. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the customer completes and signs the form and completes or announces the payment. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, in particular for the statements that Sweden is the first member state of customs activity and that no EORI number has been issued or applied for elsewhere in the EU.
4. Price and payment
The fee is € 149.00 per application. Payment is made by card (Stripe) or bank transfer. We start processing after receipt of payment.
5. Performance
We usually submit the application within one working day after receipt of payment and all required data. Missing or incorrect data may cause delays; we will contact you in that case.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right expires when the service has been fully performed with the customer’s express consent before the end of the withdrawal period. See the information on the right of withdrawal.
7. Liability
We are not liable for decisions, delays or rejections by Customs, nor for consequences of incorrect data provided by the customer. Our liability is limited to the fee paid, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. Power of attorney
The customer authorises us to prepare and submit the application on their behalf and to communicate with Customs about it. The authorisation ends with the completion of the application.
9. Applicable law
Swiss law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection of the customer’s country.
